Refund policy

FastDone UK provides in-house remote digital services and does not sell physical goods or outsource work to third-party providers. All services are delivered remotely by the FastDone UK team.

Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, orders enter our workflow shortly after payment is completed.

Cancellation requests made before work has started may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting our support team.

Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available, as time, resources, and creative work are allocated immediately to your project.

Refunds may be considered if FastDone UK is unable to deliver the service as agreed, if a significant operational error occurs on our side, or if a project cannot be completed due to internal availability issues. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and refunds are not guaranteed.

No refunds are issued for services that have already been completed, substantially delivered, or where work has already been carried out. This includes digital services such as Shopify setup, listing optimisation, design work, marketing creatives, copywriting, and related ecommerce support services.

If additional work is requested beyond the original service scope, FastDone UK will provide a clear quotation before proceeding. Additional charges will only apply with your approval.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must contact FastDone UK within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear details of the issue. We aim to resolve concerns fairly and may offer revisions, partial credit, or another reasonable solution where appropriate.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
