These Terms of Service govern your use of the FastDone UK website and the purchase of services from FastDone UK. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
FastDone UK provides coordination and delivery of physical and remote services. All services offered are subject to availability and acceptance. When you place an order and complete payment, you are requesting a service to be scheduled and deployed by FastDone UK.
Service descriptions, pricing, and scopes are provided as clearly as possible at the time of booking. Prices are fixed for the stated scope only. Any additional work required outside the original scope will be quoted separately and will not proceed without your approval.
By completing a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. FastDone UK is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. FastDone UK does not store full payment card details.
Once a service provider has been assigned, dispatched, or work has begun, cancellations are not refundable. Cancellations requested before deployment may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
FastDone UK aims to deliver services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results beyond the agreed service scope. Timeframes provided are estimates and may be affected by availability, location, or circumstances beyond our control.
FastDone UK acts as a service coordinator and may assign work to third-party service providers. While we take reasonable steps to work with suitable providers, FastDone UK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service delivery, except where required by law.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to any location required for physical services. FastDone UK reserves the right to refuse or stop services where conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify FastDone UK within 24 hours of completion. We will review the matter and aim to resolve issues fairly in line with our policies.
All content on the FastDone UK website, including text, branding, and design, is the property of FastDone UK and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
FastDone UK reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
